Last minute closing 230 mile r/t for $145 - Can you help us?
LOL --- Nope!
This is a SS company that used to call me all the time for 15-20 mile closings for $135-$150. Since they started low-balling a few years back, they only call me when they can't get someone to cover the local ones for $75-90. I now charge them $150 for the very local ones. Since I am one of their "emergency only" NSA's, they have to pay a higher fee. Discounted fees are only for my good customers.

Just got the call again for Sarasota.... Must be hard to get people go there and to think they have great beaches and the Barnum Bailey Ringley Museum there.

Nope would be my answer also. The farthest I have gone is 104 miles R/T. I charged $300. The title company paid with no problem. The following week. I have been added to their registry and continue to work for them.

What I love is when they want me to go out to the San Juan Islands for $100. I've never made one of these that didn't take 8 hours, and in season up to 11 hours, with the lineup and ferry times. They always choke when I tell them $400 to $500 for those trips.
