Lets hope for a better week

Last week seemed to be a week of late docs, no docs, cancelled appointments..Lets hope that this week is better in that area and that we all have everything we need on time!

As for me..I had a 9:00 am that I did not receive docs for..called BO in case they were overnighted..nope! Tried calling TC not in office...Bo calls me back at 8:30..Loan cancelled per lender..At 9:30 I did get a call from TC apologizing can't explain what happened. She said if its going to be another week like last week she's pulling the rest of her hair out..Lol I had to tell them loan was cancelled!

Im hoping thats it for the week!

Now Im off to my other closings..I do have docs for those..Have as great day!

I had a Citibank that was scheduled a week in advance for this AM. At least the TC called me over the weekend to tell me it wasn't going, which is something this large national TC does not usually bother doing. It was supposed to go later today but I have heard nothing since the call I received over the weekend.

Last week was really slow. 2 signings all week. This week is looking better, however one of the signings on the books so far this week is a chase on Saturday, we shall see if that one goes through

We were away the first 10 days of this month, back up last Thursday and only did 4 last week. This month is a write off unless the last two weeks are uber busy. This week I will hit my min number if the CHASE deals hold.

Awful doc delivery for me as well the last few business days. I cannot recall the last time I had docs on time for departure time. Calling in to TC is a waste of precious time. I'm experiencing wait times on hold of 15 minutes or more. No response to emails, either. Borrowers who want to reschedule are rescheduled 3-4 days later.

Here I sit -- again -- waiting on docs for a Noon closing. The loan package process is completely out of control.
