i didn't even ask the fee, just remembered the bad press here. could close up to 9pm, a 2 hour round trip. can't imagine what they were going to pay.

I closed a loan for them last year. It was low pay......I don't accept closings at that rate anymore......but I only had to drive 4 miles to the closing. They paid me in less than 30 days.

They called to preform a "Pick Up" whatever that is. Anyway for $20.00 told them to look eslewhere.
