Why not as if anything is notarized, you act as a witness only. Bunch of BS.

Just a thought, if the NNA says a notary cannot do an application, is a person with another license (for example CPA, licensed insurance agent, paralegal) able to complete the application for a fee? From what source did the NNA get their information? Did the person who put out that opinion have the authority to speak for the organization? Finally did "nobody" put out that opinion and we cannot get "nobody" to stand up and take responsibility?

Re: Msg #430662, Msg #424213, Msg #430540 SAFE ACT
I read all those messages before and the assesment that we are not allowed to collect signatures on loan apps was concluded by someone who has been wrong 98% of the time.
I want to know what the NNA is saying about it. Not that they are correct, either.
The Safe Act doesn't sat we can't. What we do is administrative work.

The usual misinfo from misinterpretation. IMO they are fear mongers, just like most of the media these days.
