National Loan Closers


Has anyone done Closings for National Loan Closers out of Louisville, Ky? Just got a call for Closing, but can't find anything on them. Would appreciate any comments about them.

They are bad news, as far as payment. Look for them under NLC.

There is also a National Loan Closings out of Iowa; have worked for both...never again. Both pay low fees, many faxbacks, 60-90 days pay schedule...sometimes longer. AVOID! jer/OH

Did 2 for them 6 months ago. Met my fee, but took FOREVER to pay. Needed to give them direct deposit info, which I wouldn't so they really delay a paper check. Adios NLC of KY.
They keep calling and I finally send them directly to my VM.

Do not do signings for those people....I had borrower on speaker phone to loan closers, this person was the go to for any questions borrower had, loan closer person was in a bar (you could hear the background noise, ordering drinks)he told the borrower, "I guess you got a stupid notary, she should explain all that to you". Borrowers questions, why did my interest rate go up? Why are they charging me these fees? I immediately let Loan Closer person know that I heard him and if it wasn't for the borrower I would take the documents and just walk. Of course he backpeddled and said he did not know he was on speaker. I would not do that to the borrower, I always feel that I am there for them. Some of them have been dealing with incompetents for a long time. Bottom line they have called me since then and I have told them they are to cheap and are big mouthed idiots.
