it's 6pm here. just got a call, tons of noise in the background. "we have an opportunity for you to sign a deed in your area asap" (such a deal). we just finished dinner and it just seemed so last minute and unprofessional I declined. i read sc, but any other feedback.

Legit company. No issues from my experience. Must be a phone issue cuz same thing happen to me earlier with them, a lot of background noise.

When they call me, they meet my fees and pay on time.

Avg. time for me to receive payment this year is 17 days.

Great company, Lots of work in Oklahoma, they send out payments twice a month, never any issues meeting my price.

For some reason this year they started wanting me to drop my fee to $75.00, which I will not do. Then they started booking my time and agreeing to my fee but the day before the signing all appointments would be cancelled. I guess they were using me as a "just in case" notary. When I confronted them with my thoughts all they would say was that they would take me out of their database.

Big packages but always paid agreed upon fee and well within 30 days.
