Newbie message

I turn down so much business, my semi-retired husband has decided to help me. He is waiting for his notary commission, and in the meantime he is going to become certified (it is an advantage with some companies) and I want him to read the newbie message.

I used the orange search button for 'newbie message' and only very old posts came up.

What is the message # for the NEW newbie message?
