I have AT&T as my wireless internet service, and added my fax to it. They told me I could have unlimited faxes for $35.00 a month. I was going for it until they told me about the U Verse special and if I bought that for 2 years my faxes would be unlimited for $30.00 a month. So if you do a lot of faxing you might like to check it out. Please tell them (Marty Abraham in Jacksonville, Florida) referred you. If you do get it, my referral will get me some gift cards and these days we can use all the FREE things we can get.....Thanks so much and I hope you find this useful.

$30 per month is a little steep, I have unlimited plan on my

land line and most fax #'s are 800, 866 #'s. I also have free incoming faxes from NR.

Re: Ring Cental

I have been using ring central website, mobile app and computer desktop program to do all my faxing for the last 2 years. scan into .pdf and then send via there fax program, or take a photo with iphone and use app to fax single pages, easy, there iphone app gives me a 800 number so I can use the app to call out and receive calls via my 800 number and the best thing is I can filter, block or set up out of office messages, things an iphone cant do. fax and 800 number is about $19 a month.

Re: Ring Cental

I have been using GotFreeFax.com for a while now. The package I picked is only $19.95 for 300 pages. That works out to be about seven cents per page. No monthly charge which is what I like because some months I never send a fax at all. This works for me but everyones needs maybe a little different.

Re: Ring Cental - Just signed up for faxing only $7.50 mo.

What is it that you have for $20. per month? I just have the faxing. I actually like it because I can fax via email or internet or drag and drop from desktop. Also from iphone. I saw that they have voice phone but did not look into it. I just dropped maxemail after 11 years. I was using secure email for Landsafe but they said they were having a problem opening my files. I don't understand that but this was easier so I just did it for faxbacks.

Why don't you just buy a scanner, it would be cheaper in the

long run. Plus, scanned copies are much clearer than faxed docs and you saved a fortune because you don't have to print the scanned docs.

IMO that's really expensive for faxing. You can get free

incoming faxes here at NR, and Harry is working on outgoing (they will need to be in pdf format, I think).
I recently bought a scanner (Epson) & am very happy with that decision. Scanning direct to a pdf to email is no much faster than traditional faxing. A good scanner will cost about #350-$400, and @ $35/mo it would pay for itself in no time at all.

What faxes do you receive?

I only get trips to Orlando Fl or Health care sign ups. I haven't received a fax in the mortgage industry in almost 7 years.
I do get a few faxes a year for public notay work with docs they need notarized.

I posted weeks ago that I am of the old school and have a dedicated fax line and it does cost around $35- $40 per month.
It really sends faxes quickly at 30 pages per minute.

Heck, I have 3 printers and I am all about getting the docs printed quickly and sending any faxes back without a problem.
I am in my tenth year, and if I were just starting out now, I would get the scanner that Harry recommended.

It's 30.00 for all calls anywhere in the US and some abroad contries, Unlimited not only for 888 or800 #'s. Just thought I'd throw it out there for anyone interested....
