Nothing on Signing Central, Google Search not productive. Anyone ever worked for them?

Click the orange "Search" tab and do a search on company name. There are several recent comments. Also, search by company under Signing Central. There are at least two companies with that name, so be certain to confirm the location.

Shows three star rating in SC. For both companies named Precision Closing Services. One in Brea, Ca the other Lakewood, OH.

1/5/10, $150
received payment for both refi's ($300) on 2/11/10

Tim Stratton used to be in OH, now in NC. I did a job for him in Oct 2011 - my notes say huge FHA package that took one hour and 40 minutes to sign, and 51 days to pay with a reminder. I have sent his recent calls to VM due to the PITA factor.

I owe him a signing, he paid me twice in September (pay pal and a check). He pays when you remind him in after 30 days. Seems the last time it took 15 days for me to get a check that was mailed.
