I have used them twice. First time they paid in 2.5 weeks, second time they paid in 8 days. So I would recommend them.

They never meet my fee. They send blast emails offering $65 for a refi with edocs.

Other than that, I've heard that they do pay timely, but that's kind of a moot point.

They have met my fee about 10% of the time,
I just respond to their emails that I decline the assignment and plug in my fee.
Like I said about 10% of the time they call me, and they do pay very fast.

Good - in my book. Closed for them on the 1st of this month, received payment the 17th. I've been closing for them for years, have always met my fee. Maybe once or twice a new scheduler has tried to get me to drop the fee, tell me they need approval. Always call back within 5 minutes to tell me its approved. Very nice, no bugging you, just call & let them know when its completed & the tracking number.
