Quick question

Hey Guys

I was wondering if someone can help me... I've unfortunately not been paid by a signing company for a closing that transpired in early August and have the contact information for the title company that was being used. How does one go about reaching out to the title company if the signing company doesn't respond to inquiries on payment?

I would send a demand for payment detailing the attempts you have made to get paid to the SS and CC the title company.

If payment is overdue, I send a letter to the

company with a copy to the title company...in the letter I add a statement "By copy of this letter I am advising XXX Title Company of the nonpayment status of this file".

Soon as you do, though, be prepared to never get work from this company again....but then again, would you care?

I might call first...but I'd follow up with letter

want to be able to prove chain of events/attempts to collect. AND I might not get title involved until the 90 day mark.

I did some work for Insured Closings and I understand it is my fault that i didn't read the reviews of this company before doing work for them.

Seems like they havent paid anyone, im having the same problem with them.
