Wow, here it is Wednesday and no calls for signings this week. I do have one for this Friday and that was arranged last week. I'm sure some of you run into this too?

NE Ohio/Western PA very busy. I always get worried when work is way down, then I remember it is all cyclical depending on region. I know, it's tough waiting for the phone to ring, but it will.

I'm glad many are very busy. Rates are great & there are

sooooo many loans in the works. I'm aware that they're starting to backup. Borrowers are complaining about how long it's taking, some since January.
