Secure settlements referral

I got a call first thing this morning to do a closing tomorrow.
The lender said that she had gotten my name from the Secure Settlements
Database of vetted Notaries.

Although thr new rules do not start until january 1st. She said that they had begun
gradually implementing the program with
Secure Settlements. She met my fee for a Refi.
