ServiceLink
Anyone had a problem with ServiceLink? They owe me about $1,000, for ten plus closings, going back to the beginning of September.

You need to invoice them online for most of their lenders
A few req that you send them a mthly invoice. I have never had an issue.

I had the same problem the problem most likely you are updating your closing but you then have to go to e-mail and bill them from the e-mail make sure your fee is correct. I hope this helped

Contact Vendor Management. They are really good about paying, so they must need an invoice from you. Their system has changed, so they E-invoice and they have paper invoices...

Yeah, it's a two step process. First you go to the closing page to record that that closing completed. Then you go to the e-invoice page to add the invoice to their AP system.
