Service Link/National Link, not for nothing..
there have been some bad press here and especially on the numbers board. i did 2 for them in october and received payment for both on saturday, 10/27. you invoice service link online and national link you email the paper invoice. it took them forever to call me but so far so good. whatever.

Likewise, ServiceLink is one of my favorites and biggest clients! The only worries/bothers are about the absurd pages of childish and repetitious, sometimes conflicting, instructons to the Notary! It seems that they just throw in a bunch of useless pages, for there are often several pages of samples to illustrate how to complete pages that are not even in the package. As for pay, I've found that rather than waiting for a return call about pay, I call as many times as necessary, until I get to speak to someone in accounts payable. I tried attaching notes/explanations to the monthly billings, but the person receiving them and writing the checks just ignored them. A nice lady in accounts payable solved the issue quickly and told me to just call her as needed in the future. I don't recall her name/number, but do remember to call accounts payable. I don't do many jobs for NationalLink, but have found it very similar to ServiceLink, for many reasons.
