has anyone else experienced that their fees are quite different from each other? i wonder if it is lender related. national says they do PNC only. thanks

National City is now PNC. Originally Nationallink did only National City Mtg closings.

I charge NationalLink more than ServiceLink. NationalLink has a lot more docs than ServiceLink does.

I have one for NL and it is a PNC loan. I just don't get it though, NL had no problem with my fee and supposedly per SL, they do not call because my fees are not $85. We shall see. Tx.
