Should be a wild ride today

No docs for second signing yet. Means I'll be driving back and forth to my office to get these printed and get to borrower in time and makes for hectic pace. Eight files today, only four packages in my front seat. Got my almonds, boiled eggs, strawberries and apples. Won't have time for lunch, maybe dinner at 6pm, bowl of hearty soup because I've got to get to bed early for a busy weekend. End of month is all month these days, although I did have one easy day this week. One signing, but lots of posting of foreclosures.

That's another reason appraisals are short lived, due to so many short sales and NOD's in the works. Lenders want to make sure they have current comps and the bottom doesn't fall out of the propertiies market area.
