THANK YOU GOLDGIRL!!!

In June I printed post #423766 by GOLDGIRL. She talked of using certain BO's docs for her initial "presentation." She also indicated she uses a "neon" highlighter to emphasize important things. :O)

I finally took her suggestion to heart and used it twice this week. AMAZING!!! The flow was much smoother once we were back to the actual docs to be signed. Love the idea!

Thanks GOLDGIRL for sharing your technique.

Gee, Karla, you're so welcome! How nice of you to post. Glad it worked for you.

I also have been doing that for several years. No complaints from Lenders or TCs. BOs appreciate it when visually directed to places for their sigs. Makes Closings fo faster!

To clarify ....

Hi, RoseIN, Just to be clear (in case I misunderstood your post), Karla and I are talking about highlighting on the borrowers' copy, not the signing copy. We neon highlight on their copy the loan amount, interest rate, new payment amount and the amount they owe or are getting back. Since it's the borrowers' copy, there's no need to highlight signature lines.

I have never used highlighters on the signing copy - maybe "sign here" stickies on occasion ....
