I have search the orange button but I do not find anything on them but another notary in Ca that asked the same question. Has anyone done any business with this company?

I did a signing for them through a SS back in March.

About 45 pages, BUT it was sent as 10 separate attachments and they wanted the signed docs faxed or scanned/emailed back immediately after signing.

There was also a request to waive the 3 day RTC that the borrower had to write in her own words.

I finally received payment 2 weeks ago...

This is direct from Tejas Tax service and I will request payment be sent to my account before I ship these docs off tomorrow as I had to jump through hoops to get this signed by the borrowers. They want a fax back but I think that will also wait until I speak to them tomorrow. Thanks Teresa very much for the information!

This is the heighth of irresponsibility. You should never hold a borrower's documents hostage to extort payment from the principal. That is <especially> true of tax signings, which, if not completed expeditiously, can sometimes result in foreclosure.

Anticipated payment problems should have been worked out in advance, not after the documents have been executed. You risk opening a whole Pandora's Box of problems for yourself if you do that.
