Title Source/Chase Form

Just received an email from TS stating that the Chase form is now part of their packages also. It said:

"Starting immediately, JP Morgan Chase is requiring that a notarial record is kept for all of their signings. This form will be included in each JP Morgan closing package for your convenience. Please fill the record out in its entirety and return to Title Source with the closing package."

Looks like we just can't escape!

Agree! I won't be completing this form for Title Source as I do not accept Chase from them. They pay so low, I can only accept Quicken from them and ONLY in my zip code.

A question

I may live to regret this question but why would Chase need to inquire what documents were in their loan package? This is so amazing to me. I have seen literally over 100 packages. Every Chase package I have seen is the same, same, same. (VA some added forms) Albeit, I only do Chase for that other TC...not so far mentioned with this form. But Chase, is Chase. No?
