Title Source, any body waiting for docs

they usually have docs days in advance but today me and a friend of mine still waiting for today's signings. Quicken and Chase, arghhh!

This is probably not it, but make sure they are not docs to borrower - that happened to me once. I did not realize it and I called TS asking where docs were. After looking at the confirmation it did indeed say o/n docs.

You need to get in touch with TS's Client Relations. Especially for the Quicken. There is an email address on your confirmation. Chase is usually last minute, but rare for Quicken.

They are not answering the phones. I enter the extension number and 20 seconds of music and then turns silent, tried other numbers and it's the same thing, very strange on their part.

Why would you, or anyone for that matter, even work for them. I've seen their payment structure and they pay Notaries $65? I was told that they get Notaries all day long willing to except that payment all over. And they have a 5 star rating? WOW. I'm speechless.

I meant "accept" not "except". Sorry

My fee is not $65 for any regular refi. It is way more than twice that amount.

I charge them more than twice that, except?? Do you know what that means? Or do you think it's the same as accept?

Maybe you're confuinsg them?

I get excellent fees (double your quoted fee), and direct deposit. No payment hassles at all. They're ***** in my book.

Re: Maybe you're confuinsg them?

It's all location, location, location. I'm in Northern California (Sacramento area). Earlier this year, TS never had a problem paying me $125. Now, that's too high. They have other notaries in my area accepting lower fees.

Yet, I know another notary in Central California receiving more than $125 per signing from them with no issues.
