Unbelievable!
I have an appt. for 11:00 a.m. I am meeting at a business location with husband and wife who are signing three pkgs today all with different Title co's and different nsa's.
We sit down to get started and the husband asks me if I'm late. "Nope, right on time." He thought that I was his 10:00 a.m. appt. who apparently was MIA. Title co. for 1st notary calls while I'm there and asks if I can also do the pkg. for the MIA notary. I didn't have another appt. until 3:45 so ok. Title's computers went down and I didn't get docs until 1:50. Got back to BO's just after 2:30. The next nsa was to be there at 3:00 so we're moving quickly. I leave around 3:10. Still no nsa.
Borrower calls me later asking if I can do third signing. "All booked for the rest of the day but can do tomorrow, what happened?"
I was told that the nsa showed up more than an hour late and then couldn't wait for the husband to finish up with a customer. Yikes!

wow...well, I got one for you. Last night 15 minutes before I'm to meet a dr. and his wife to sign JPMC and I can't wait to do this new package with ancilliary document, wife calls to say she will meet me at Pizza joint on time, but husband is running late with patients.
I tell her I don't appreciate her lack of consideration for calling me 15 minutes before the signing, I'm already there, to tell me she wants to read for an hour and sign, then husband will sign.
I met her at 7p so she could pick up her package to read it, then meet me tomorrow to sign at 10am.
She fought me tooth and nail, I finally had to tell her it's not fair to my next three clients to be hung up waiting while she reads and then her husband comes late.
Unbelievable. Some people think they're the only ones on the planet. I really do feel like giving it back to the scheduler. I'm writing her now to let her know what happened.
