Has anyone done any closings for East West Settlement? I am still awaiting payment for two closings since July. Said she is out of business and will pay me............ I am at a loss as to what to do to make sure I am paid soon. I even suggested I get paid a portion and the rest over a period of time but she didn't agree to that either.

HELP!!!!

Sorry this has happened to you. When someone doesn't want to work out a payment plan, I think it usually means they don't want to pay you. So sorry.

Not that it is either of our business, but did you look at what she would have seen in July. Nothing really outrageous there I think...

The list keeps growing.. No payment for a signing in June...Lori also said I would be paid soon on Aug 28.... East West , joins Bad Company List...
