Who can post here?

I posted my "real experience with Title Inc. and rated them with 1 Star. Its obvious they posted and gave them selves 5 and blamed me for not getting paid. Who do I complain to?
I have not been paid, and they are blaming me for not sending an invoice. I sent them my email from my sent folder to show it was sent. This is what is going on, in a nut shell..................I have not received an dime!!!
