bankruptcy forms

I know in the past some notaries have helped people file bankruptcy. Are they still out there now? My son lives in Long Beach CA and needs help filing the forms. He would have to pay $900 for an attorney. Does anyone know of someone in his area that can help him with this for a lot less? Thanks for any help you can give him.

Unless you're an attorney or a certified

bankruptcy assistant, I don't believe you, as a notary, can "help people file bankruptcy" without risking UPL.

You in CA especially, tread lightly and carefully
