I am using a new drum and toner.....but there is a 3 inch dark shadow type stripe down the center of my documents. Advice, reason?

Spilled toner? Take everything out & blow the printer out

with some air.

Sometimes I have overlooked the little tape on the edges on the drum. Make sure you took that off just as the strip you pull from the center.

could be a bad roller on the drum. might not be round and may have an indentation on the roller
