1322 Investment <-- anyone heard of them?

I was asked tonight to handle a purchase affidavit signing for them tomorrow. Never blinked an eye when I gave my quote. Almost like he was agreeing too fast.

After I agree to do the signing, then I'm told that I will need to take 12 pictures of the home. I'll need to email everything back (this is supposedly only 7 pieces of paper and the 12 photos)

What is really weird is that when I did a reverse phone lookup, it shows 661-748-0270 as an unregistered individual using Skype.

Has anyone heard of them? done business with them? I can't find any reviews on the company.

Sounds to me like you are almost doing an appraiser's job (as far as taking pictures.) Never heard of them, but I googled them and it looks like they are the go between for investors...
