They NEVER paid me fast - I always, every time, had to
ask them for my money. Each time they would fein shock that it had not gone out with the last batch of checks, and then they would send it. After three times in a row, I began routing all their calls to VM.

3 months to pay, ignored inquiry and then lied.
I did one for ASAP on 4/18. Almost 3 months later I had to waste some of my time to chase my compensation and inquire.
This was ASAP's response;
"On 7/17/2012 2:30 PM, ASAPaccounting wrote: > Bookkeeper never entered. Have entered and will get out today. > > Thank you, > ASAP ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT > "NATIONWIDE Loan Closings-Anytime & Anywhere!" > 1500 Corporate Circle, Suite 14 > Southlake, TX 76092 > Tel: 888-702-1226 > Fax: 972-534-1090 > ** E-mail: [e-mail address] "
Notice the "will get it out today in the reply"
On 7/24 I had to waste some more of my time and inquire again, my email was ignored. After wasting some more time on 7/26 I got the response;
"Paid 7/23. You should have any day."
I thought this was a very impersonal reply after being wronged, lied to and having to waste my time. Not even a thank you for being patient, or a I am truly sorry that I run such a disorganized business that my book keeper never entered your invoice. Anything to think ASAP is not just another deadbeat signing service!
Well, I received the check on 7/28, it was post marked 7/25 not 7/23.
After posting my experience in S/C, I had received quite a few emails asking to share my experience with ASAP. As long as I was actively receiving request for information, I kept updating S/C to bump my posting to the top. Just when the activity died down, and was going to stop bumping it to the top, I received and inquiry from ASAP's Lisa Harrow, asking me what my problem was?
Of course after waiting 3 months to be paid, having email ignored and then being lied to, I just could bring myself to waste any more time on this deadbeat company. Am I wrong?
I just felt if a company truly overlooked paying one of it's vendors, it would sincerely correct the problem and feel like they couldn't do it fast enough. I have two title companies that Fed Ex me $125-$150 payments between 2-5 days after the signing. That's just their normal procedure.
I would say, if you want to feel like a second class citizen, chase your money, waste your time and be lied to, ASAP would be a great signing service to work with!

Ya know, Larry, for me, that would be a great time to ignore HER future emails.
