What a PITA day, cancels, move times, can't do because it's only 6pm once a day. First one to the bar buys the first round.

I feel the same way. Another one just fell through for me so now that's three cancellations. I have three more scheduled-will see how it goes.

I agree..I just now got my docs for a 6:00 closing its 10:00pm..I called and emailed them 2 hours before the closing with no reply so I moved on and now I am beat and cannot close another one!
