Accurate National Signing Service

Does anyone know if Accurate Notary Signings is the same company as Accurate National Signing Service. There phone nbr. is 951-385-7953.

thank you. I did not see Accurate National Signing rating, only poor ratings of Accurate NotarySignings. I accepted a job from them, so hope they are honest. thanks again for your reply.

I just did a job from them last week and when I tried to add them to SC it said they were already entered. but I cannot see their rating either.

Well, i hope we both get paid. I have never worked for them before in 13 years, that always makes me skeptical, and Notary Rotary is such a blessing with the info on here.

I have no dog in this fight but this needs to be removed...they cannot be rated if they stay in the notary listings.

Which "they"?, I was just trying to find out if this company is honest and someone to work for. I am not sure what you need to remove? Sorry if i caused a problem , i thought that was what the Notary Talk line was - to help notaries.

Suz, I don't think Linda was referring to your post...

I think she was referring to something about how NotRot does the entries in SC. I was not sure what she wants to remove. But I don't think she meant your post.

and also own a signing service Not Rot's system will not let you add them as a signing service
in Signing Central. Therefore with no listing in SC you can not rate the SS. Can't rate a company if you can't list them. This is what Linda was referning.

Ok, so just so I can understand your post. So if a company lists themselves as a notary AND a SS they cannot be rated by other notaries? Is that the same thing as what you said? If so, that is just wrong! Anything that prevents us from rating a company should be changed!

the Company has a basic notary listing in their zip code....so they don't have a company listing and we can't add them to SC..

NotRot needs to remove this basic notary listing so we can add them to SC and they can be rated.

I am part of the management team for Accurate National Signings, I am aware of the issue with Notary Rotary and the response that I got from them is there is a glitch in there system not allowing this company to be added to SC, they are working on fixing the issue.
Thank you for all of the concern, we will get this all worked out.

I am rescinding my comments after I did my post Amanda emailed me she had no idea I wasnt paid and was under the impression that her staff were paying the September notaries. She has hired new staff. I also would like to say after emailing with Amanda she was very sincere and I appreciated it. I did receive my check today as she promised.

I'd like to point out once she was aware of the problem she acted immediately and I appreciate that. Going forward I know to contact Amanda directly.
