Any suggestions:
So I have 3 signings in same geographic area which is 40 miles from my home. Nice! Right? All lined up - perfect - 9 11 and 12:30
Get docs for the first one. Great Docs for the third one Great But no docs for the 2nd one. No doubt loan/title figured that they can send them to me this am. ??? BTW the 2nd one was originally booked for 9 and the nice borrower said I could come at 11 or when I am done with first one. This is rural area so no place to get docs printed after I leave for the first one. Suppose I will have to come all the way back to print the 2nd one and go back but will do the 3rd one after the 2nd one instead. Geez Anybody else have same issues

How about take your printer with you and print at the borrowers home, if they have Internet services and allow you to.
Me personally, I don't take signings that far away and if and when I did, I'd tell them to find someone else. I wouldn't be driving back and forth.

I bought a very portable laser printer for about 100 hp p1102w I also bought a inverter that plugs into car lighter, I have yet to take it out with me but have used the printer in house and it is fast and works great.
I plan on using it mobile if I get enough busienss to justify it, right now most jobs have been close to home for me to not need the mobile printer.

I would have simply told the title company I needed docs the night before for all 3 assignments.

Same here. Rural. Schedulers don't get it sometimes. Not enough time to come back to print and get to another signing. I regularly will travel 30+ miles one way to a closing. FedExKinko's at least 30 minutes or more from me and generally the closing.

Re: Any suggestions
Sounds like you have no options. Either run back or forth, or get a mobile printer. You did not allow yourself enough time to go back and forth, so I hope the buyers are flexible. Good luck!

When I do tax returns I take my laptop and a HP laser Laserjet P1102W printer with me if needed. The printer works on wi-fi and connection by a USB cable to the computer. I also signed up for Virgin Mobil secure wi-fi. I think some other companies offer similar service. nThis gives me the ability to know I am not using a borrowed wi-fi or "free" insecure wi-fi. I see no reason not to apply the same principal to getting notary docs too. All you need is power and enough power plugs to run all the equipment (and paper). I have not had to do this yet, but I keep it in the back of my mind as a backup plan if all else fails.
