Can't get paid from Pittsburgh companies?

I know many notaries are having trouble getting paid for their services from the large vendor management companies in Pittsburgh, PA. I have an easy solution: call my law firm and I will collect your fees.

There is no upfront cost to you. I will pay the court filing fee and serve the lawsuit personally. I collect a percentage of anything recovered and forward the rest to you. If I don't collect, I don't get paid. It is that simple.

I worked in that industry for years and know their games. If you want an experienced attorney that knows 1) how to collect on unpaid invoices, and 2) the vendor management industry in western PA, then you owe it to yourself to give me a call for a free consultation.

The very first rule in the Rules & Guidlines ...

... for the forum at the top of the page:

I. Advertising

Do not advertise your own products or services without prior approval. Most advertisements are not relevant to most users and are therefore wasted space.

Sorry, not trying to advertise. Just had a conversation with a notary friend and was informed that there are lots of notaries getting stiffed. Just trying to help.

***Just trying to help.***

Well...no. You were trying to generate clientele. If you were <just> trying to help, you would offer to collect for free.

You may offer a service that would be of value. Before touting it on the forum, however, you need to clear it with the owner of the board. And you might also read the rules of the forum before posting. Kinda like knowing the rules of court before pleading a case.

Give It To Him Hugh!!!!

I am having no problems getting paid from my "Pittsburgh companies". Your post is considered advertising and needs to be removed as it is a direct violation of the Rules & Guidelines of this forum. As an attorney, I would think that you would be intelligent enough to read the rules of the forum before you posted.

It may be advertising, but I for one welcome such information. Questions are asked here virtually on a daily basis on “How do I collect?” This sounds like a very good inexpensive way to me. Thank you Michael! JMO

I sure wish you were in California so you could go after SOX in Aliso Viejo, CA

IMO this is relevant, because many notaries do need

a source of collection help. Regardless, it's advertising, and needed Harry's approval to post.

Agreed Les, Lisa and Marilyn! Okay, so maybe he could be

classified as an ambulance chaser, but as was mentioned, we are always pleading for assistance and this is it. It's too bad we couldn't get class action lawsuits against some of these companies. Considering the amount of deception and fraud that they perpetrate, I've no doubt SOMEONE would make out. And it may just put some of them out of business and wouldn't it be nice to get some prosecuted? Since we are threatened with prison and hefty fines, why aren't they?

Perhaps a link could be set up for collection matters and anyone in any state who does collections could post their information and if we need their services we can read their posts and if we don't need their services we don't need to read their posts. Solves both issues of advertising (put it in it's own place) and collection (something we all may need at some time).
