Computer Problem, if anyone cares...........

Our techie friend from the county came over, DELETED way expensive monthly software. Downloaded good FREE sortware (AVG) and a cheap 2 year maleware). I had cancelled my credit card last week so no auto deductions to come. I sent an email to vampires and said my piece. It's too bad how we can panic over the puters when things go wrong and the vultures pretend to help. It's a tough biz out there and we don't need to waste any hard earned $. I value the good advice I get here. Thanks all.

Cheap maleware? Is that an inexpensive jockstrap? Could you maybe have meant "malware"? That would have the added advantage of being helpful to the ladies also.

It was a pretty good one. I didn't laugh REALLY LOUD, but it was pretty hardy one for the 6 am slot that it showed up for.

I had a computer problem last Friday and no one cared either! Both my scanner and fax machine decided not to work. Did anyone show any sympathy? No. I had to face it and solve my own problem -- scanner working after reinstalling the software and bought new fax machine. Sigh...the problems of being an adult
