Consider this request...

"The ADP code was left off of the case number so I am going to need an original acknowledgement letter adding the last 3 numbers to the end of the case number (you can find the FHA Case Number at the top of the page right next to the title Deed of Trust in a box). We need this so we can re-record a clerical error on the Deed of Trust."

The verbal request was requesting an Acknowledgement Cert.
