Just part of doing business with them. I don't mind. I have been working for them for many years and I have closed Chase loans for several years. So I spend 30 minutes of time. This company pays really fast and if you are familiar with Chase loans I don't see the harm in doing this. You might even learn something.

Don't worry...if you will take $50-$75 for the work
it won't be a problem with FASS. White Glove status = takes low fees.

Re: Don't worry...if you will take $50-$75 for the work
But here's the news from the webinar.......ready? here we go, a FASS original! Anytime you have a closing at a Chase facility, bank, loan office whatever, you HAVE to proceed to the closing, even if you don't have the docs, and they will print them there. Furthermore, "you must stay at the Branch and wait for the document package until the time you need to part to reach another destination". I could not make this stuff up if I tried. 10 years of closings for FASS and they finally managed to outdo themselves on this. That's the webinar that awaits you. I'm thinking this is a deal killer for me.

My experience while holding the dubious distinction of "white glove agent" was that the payment was fass, but the amount paid was half-fass.

great comment half- fass lol if thy produced the doc's on timely basis like prior to closing would be a fast- fass and they do not disclose wheher a closing is at a chase branch or borrowers homeso looks like a new wndow of opportunity for notaries who like 75 per closing an if doc's sent to branch is fee then 50 or the negotated fee lol fass- change
