Final Link Signing Agency

To anyone who has outstanding invoices, as I do, with this signing agency. They have closed their doors and reopened a new signing agency named HOME SIGNINGS. Be aware that they may employ the same tactics of either paying you months down the road or not at all. I have $350 in outstanding invoices from May and June, 2012. Another Notary Rotary user told me he is owed $500.00.

Bonnie that really sucks. Which title company hired you? The title company should be alerted of their tactics. The SOS should also be alerted, as well as District Attorney. What a bunch of Scam Artists. I haven't worked for final link in ages, sorry you're out the dough...

Horrible. Thanks for reminding us all to add the question, "How long have you been in business?" to our Due Diligence in SC Selection lists. Just listening for the $xxx fee can keep us from hearing anything else the SC might say . . . of course, it's difficult to smell "skunk" over the phone/email

BIGGER THAN THIS is that in 2008, Mazen Abdullah and his brother charged: AMBULANCE SERVICE OWNERS CONVICTED OF CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT HEALTH FRAUD.

Wonder if they are the same ones...out of Houstin, Texas. This may be one of those names like BOB SMITH however.

Any way, I think any one on this forum who was stiffed by these turkeys needs to get together and file a unified blanket complaint, inform the title companies they worked with and make sure they don't stiff any more people. Isn't this job enough of a challenge without having to go through the pain and agony of trying to collect and never getting paid?

Well, I'm just enjoying this little investigation a bit too much. The address Home Signings Inc. lists is listed as a medical marijuana dispensary at the very same address.

Interesting huh? Does any one here live near 13950 Milton Avenue, Suite 405, Westminster, CA to go have a peak at what's really going on there and if Home Signings is still in business there? Maybe you can be paid in rubels, or medicinal, or even cash for your outstanding invoices.

I hate to burst your fantasy, but the address you gave is a multi-story commercial office building.

Are you going to condemn every business located in that structure because there is a dispensary in that building?

I am also owed $515.00. So mad. I wrote to the BBB and they where unable to help. Any other suggestions?
