HELP - Which Errors and Omissions Insurance do I need
I was recently told by NNA that the E&O Insurance with NNA does not cover you for a document in a loan package which is not notarized or any other document that it not notarized. So when you act as a witness etc, there is no coverage. I do other work as a notary other than signing agent work and would like a policy to cover me for all the related work I do. I looked into general liability business insurance and it was way too expensive. I saw a post somewhere that someone had purchased Signing Agent Insurance, but they did not say where. Any insight as to which insurance I can buy from whom would be greatly appreciated.
