Insured Closings
Has anyone ever been paid by Insured Closings? Bad news, I did a closing in June, they told me in August the check was mailed on 8-3, I believed the lady and took another closing that day. Now they owe me for two closings. I have emailed, emailed, emailed, no response at all! Don't waste your time doing closings for them! Out of Ohio

I did a closing for them 5/15/12 and just got paid, at this point I hope they see this and delete me from their database, no more for me, sick of it.

Did one in June, maybe I will get lucky soon. Still squeaking the wheel.

I used to work for Insured Closings, and can't anymore (fees too low, payment too slow). The person to talk to about payment is Kim. Kim Argirakis <[e-mail address]> Don't expect anything for 90 days.

A great big reason not to work for Insured. 90 days is excessive time to wait to payment when they are paid at close of escrow, don't you agree? Are they that top heavy when they can't pay in 30 or less? Wait for them to quit paying any one, that means everyone who worked within the last 90 days for them won't see a dime. It's happened time and time again in the past 10 years.

Insured Closings has a 2.5 star rating in SC. Why on earth would anyone chance working for them? And, not a second time if not paid for the first?
A perfect example of the type of company that should be avoided at all costs.
