Just hire good notaries

I had a signing last week. Mrs. says we are glad you are double checking your work. We had a notary last week that missed 4 signature? Then I get the second half of a split signing. The first notary stamped the signature page of the note?? not only did it not need a stamp! there was no acknowledgement or jurat attached- just decided to place his stamp next to the signature on the note. Just hire good accomplished notaries that know what they are doing, pay them well and save yourself a lot of aggravation- sort of a no brainer?
