There doesn't seem to be anything recent. I accepted something. Not really troubled about that but am about this confirmation:

The Borrower info is as follows:
Tampa Bay golf Country club office .
agents phone number
Jane Doe 555-555-5555
No Need to call . Just show up
Docs will be at the office

Really??? Obviously, I changed the name of agent. BTW phone number not so good.

I would agree, normally. But never worked for them before. And where, on the 18th hole. I looked this up there are several builders, several real estates, an over 55 community. And an address might have been a nice touch. And good point, no reference to what ifs? Just docs will be there. Not a warm fuzzy. Which of course, I am look for from you guys who may have worked with them before....

Take a stack of business cards with you - GNW abounds there.

Leave them in several places: next to phones, reception, bartenders, your person and those around your person, caddies, golf shop, golf pros........everyone who will take one or two.

This is a great opportunity for you. Use it wisely....smile continuously.

I had one last week where the borrowers wanted to go to Disneyland the very same day as their appt. so they suggested that if I can go to Disneyland to sign there. She even suggested that sometimes the lines to the rides takes longer than an hour so we can sign while we waited.

It sound like a joke but she was serious about it.

They are good to me.

I have worked for them for years. I don't get steady work, but just once in a while. They always pay. If for some reason the checks don't show up and it takes me a while to notice it, I just give them a call, email them the info, and they pay right up.
