Unfortunately, it works both ways. If you have a disagreement with a co. & bash them, they have a right to present their side, IMO. Their reputation is at stake here, too. We use Signing Central to share experiences, G/B/U. Your post here, while meant to serve as a warning to other notaries, could open you to a lawsuit.
IMO it's good business to try to resolve your disputes with the co. before going public. This one seems to have hurt you both.

Work with them for 11 years only issue I ever have with them

Docs run on the late side, other then that fine. Always paid within 21 days, Just got a check today for signing on 9/4/2012. Yes I have heard stories over the years about payment issues, but I know most of them for so long they have never did wrong by me.

It's amazing all the responses are positive, yet have 2 stars. I am behind the original poster, and would have done the same thing. If these people are so good, why only 2 stars??
Don't let them intimidate you for being a deadbeat company, and make you feel bad. You did the right thing.
