Mortgage Connect Payment Help Person

Jaclyn Fox personally resolved my back payment issue in just a few days. I suggest contacting her for anyone with experiencing payment problems with this company.

She can be contacted at (866) 789-1814 x2507 or [e-mail address]

Thank you Roger for helping those in need, but really

I hope you have learned your lesson to STOP WORKING for lowballing, 2 star rated companies!

For those who have missed the daily posts, don't work for them (lowballing, low rated, thieving, conniving, cheating companies) and

1) You won't be one of the the fools (def = "somebody considered to lack good sense or judgment") having to beg for your meager penance!

2) Maybe their business will go to a FAIR paying, reputable company.

3) This industry may not fold by the wayside because of the incompetent fools (see above definition-oh gosh, that's such a derogatory word...sorry in advance) that are desperate enough to HAVE to accept lowballing fees, and that don't know WTH they're doing.

4) You might be able to build a viable business instead of doing charity work...I could go on and on...

I've done my share of being a fool, so I don't say that with any kind of self righteousness or better than attitude! But there have been times when I have lacked good sense and judgment. I've worked for the lowballing, low rated, thieving, conniving, cheating companies. So I say it with the utmost humility-I'm still owed money!!

I've taken them off the cuff without checking them out here and had to accept the consequences that you all are facing...worse yet, not being paid at all.

But the great thing about this site is that we all can learn from each other. Take everyone's experience and warnings.

You'll want to give them the benefit of the doubt (as many of us have, especially with their begging, pleading and lying- the wolves in sheep's clothing is what they are...don't be fooled...lol..."Oh, we were going through a bad time, but we're coming back now", "it wasn't our fault, they didn't pay us", "oh please do me this one favor"...blah, blah, blah, blah, blah)

I thank you again Roger for coming on, sharing your experience and posting the final result of getting your pay.

This is not meant to call Roger or anyone else out. I admire him and am happy he got his due. And quite frankly, I would encourage those that have had the same experience to come on and share it (eat crow...lol) to let us know, that those before us were RIGHT...no one is any different (as much as we say, "ah, I'll give them the chance, they'll pay me". "Awe, he's so nice, I feel bad for him"-meanwhile they're laughing all the way to the bank).

These companies do not get low ratings for one, two or three bad experiences! It takes MULTIPLE and please note they are across the country, not just one area.

Oh yes!!! I am a broken frkn record! What can I say? The above is certainly only my very humble(REALLY???) opinion. I'm sure many on here agree.

Good luck to everyone and I hope the best case scenario always prevails!!!

I don't know what's going on with this company lately, but I can honestly say that I've done work for them in the past and they've always met my fee and paid me on time. I did work for them in June of this year, and again they met my fee and paid on time. I don't let anyone lawball me. Either they meet my fee or I won't do any work for them. I didn't get much work from them but when I did I got paid timely and they met my fees.

What does "they met my fee" mean?

As far as I'm concerned unless you're giving me 12-20 closings a week, anything under $XXX does not meet my fee.

Just sayin!

$90 is NOT the new normal fee everyone!!!

Re: What does "they met my fee" mean?

Met my fees means I didn't let them lawball me. I'm not about to share with you what I charge, but it's definately in the $xxx range. For $90 I would choose to stay home. Not desperate.

They used to be a 4 star company until recently

They were one of my biggest clients and always paid a good fee of $XXX until June 29 when Gabe left. He was in charge of accounting. I dont know wth is going on with the new team and new management but they are not paying on time, you have to contact several ppl. It would be nice if they just send out a mass email to vendors of whatever they are doing over there. Give us a heads up at least.

But they definitely did pay in the past and if you invoice according to their payment scheduled, you got paid less than 30 days.

Now they want to pay low ball fees.

Re: "Now they want to pay low ball fees" big time lowball

I have turned down every offer this week and have no work lined up. That's because noone offered me more than $90. One I turned down for today because I was out of town.

What is it with these low ball offers, noone seems to offer more than $90 these days. Of course I still have my favorites but they haven't called this week. I guess I can play some golf.
