Do anyone know if NOW CLOSINGS is out of business? They owe a lot of notaries. Called them several times just get busy signal, no answer.

Give Alex Sharf (sp?) the date, the RQ# and the name of the borrower. When was the signing?

He should answer right away. At least, that has been my experience.

Spoke with Alex yesterday, payment came in today. Did two signings this week for them.

I just received my check for 3 closings, they always paid me with no arm twisting and I have done so many closings for them, they are really pleasure to work with.

IMO it's not a good idea to start rumors based on

assumptions. They have a monthly pay schedule. I'm owed a few for August, but that check should be here any day now, since they're usually cut around the middle of the mo.

They always pay. I have never had a problem with them. Email works better than calling. IMO

Update. I got a check today for everything they owed me

for August. As I said, they're right on que for their payment schedule.
