I just did a RM today...setup is LO is always there and

he's great! I asked him to run numbers for my husband and I for end of year.

My 90+ year old Aunt just recently passed away. My cousin, the only living family survivor received the shock of his life when he was getting everything in order and found that she had taken out a RM without anyone's knowledge. He has been forced to cash in his retirement to pay off the loan and keep the house from going into foreclosure.

For anyone considering a RM, please don't leave your family members in the dark.
