N 3 Notary. Beware notaries in the Keys!
They've been calling for 2 days trying to get a closing covered in Big Pine Key, FL. Asked what their rating is on Notary Rotary, She just kept talking, how easy it is, small package, will pay $25.00. I can't fathom who can afford to do a closing for $25 or how they have the stones to offer only $25.00! Told them upfront my fee is $150 to be prepaid, they just ignored that and kept going.

They have called me and an associate several times trying to get us to do a signing at a low ball fee! They seem to be confused! They have called me & her numerous times about the same signing!

They've called me 3 times in the past hour. Left messages several times yesterday. I ignore them for the most part but sometimes I get fed up and answer just so I can vent, crazy thing they call back again.

N3 Notary could be one of two companies. Where are they located? Always include the location of the company or a website, contact name, phone number, etc....something to differentiate it as SSs have similar names. While we don't want to work for a deadbeat we also don't want to turn down work from a 5 star company with a similar name.
And that has truly happened. Last year, or the year before, there was a lot of talk about this one particular deadbeat company. Notaries barely heard the scheduler name the company and they were instantly turning down signings. Then someone posted and asked what city was the company in. Turns out the company notaries were turning down was the 5 star company with the similar name as the deadbeat company.
Please people: Include location and other identifying info when posting about a company.
