National Link
Is the billing system for National Link the same as Service Link?

They make it confusing and complicated, I think, only because they've muddled it up so much. They have access to the same vendor system, and your vendor number and information is the same for both companies, but you have to bill them separately.

I believe one still requires billing by snail mail, and one permits billing by email. It gets confusing and bothersome. At month's end, I always have to pull out my latest instructions from each, so I follow the correct proceedures for each.

No snail mail anymore. They accept the SL and NL using [e-mail address] for both but the work completed for each company on separate invoices as stated. Payment in about two weeks after billing them eom.

Thanks, Ilene. I got a check from NL yesterday,
49 days after closing, and 21 days after I sent the invoice by snail mail (as per the most recent notice I received, which was last year or early this year). Wonder whether I missed something, or perhaps they've not informed everybody yet. I do hope their proceedures stabilize, however they finally decide to do it.
