National Loan Closings

Anyone else out there having trouble getting paid from National Loan Closings out of Iowa? I did two closings for them -one in June and the other early July. I call them today and they blamed the title insurance company but said they would send a check soon. This is the second time I had to called regarding payment. I won't hold my breath waiting for this check.

Though I feel compasion for you, (I hate to see

anyone have to go through the "we told ya so's") it's difficult not to wonder WHY you did TWO for this company before checking here to see their rep. This is why this site and the rating system was formed.

Thank you for coming on and reminding us that these jerks are STILL only worth 2 too many stars!

If you all (WE) would stop working for them, maybe they'll be out of business some day!!!

They are the worst SS...don't take an more closings; looks like they
are about ready to close their doors! It's natural to blame the title companies.
I don't even think they understand the mortgage loan process !!

They gave me the same line of B.S. about title not paying them. Just scroll down to my message from 9/15/12 "NLC Pyment Received", and you can read what I did to get paid.

From the ratings in SC, NLC seems to be on the same path as NREIS as far as lowballing and slow/no pay issues. jmo

Thank you everyone. I have learned my lesson. NLC called again today and asked that I do another closing for them - I told them NO and to take my name of their list. There are plenty of great companies out there to work for.

Well they got me also. I performed a signing for them on 7/17/12 and no payment as yet.

Thought I would let everyone know that National Loan Closings did pay me roughly two month from the date of the signing, but they did pay. The also sent a letter with the check stating they had a major data loss in their system that caused the payment problem. For what it is worth!
