Now Closings ( Six weeks and still no check)
Does anyone have a direct number for Now Closings, besides the 800-813-8002. When I call this number all I get is another Country, or have to leave a message in a voicemail box. What happened this company use to be excellent to work for.

I received a check 9/1 for signings done end of July. From
my end they are on cue for their payment schedule. Try emailing [e-mail address]. Otherwise, India will answer if you call.

Paid as normal I have one outstanding invoice for August not due yet, but instead of NOW calling it's the Closing Group. I have a feeling NOW is walking a fine line right now. They have always been honest with me.

You said Closing Group but I think you meant The Closer, LLC.

One of the owners split off (Pablo) and has a new company called The Closer LLC which wants to mainly pay only $90 and requires that you have $25k E & O plus a strict dress code, etc. I haven't gotten business from NOW Closings since the split, which happened recently. I think they ended up with too much business and the accounting dept. got behind on payments, but you really should just email them and ask. Very nice people.
This is all I have. I have only had one late payment from them ever, and all I had to do was email them about it and they sent it quickly:

I have no problem with the $25,000 E & O policy as I carry 100.000, BUT isn't having a dress code getting close to being an employee issue as opposed to an independemt contractor.

I did a signing for them on 07/25/2012 and received my check on 08/31/2012. this was the only signing I have ever done for them. sorry all my numbers are the same as what you have

Re: Now Closings Reminded me that I didn't get a check
for a 7/20 signing I did. So I sent an email. Best way to get a quick response it to send email to
"[e-mail address]" Give date, RQ# and Borrower name.
BTW, I just went to check exact email address and I had already received an email reply from Alex. In my case he said my check went out last week and was probably held by holiday and gave me the check No. The important thing (I guess the check  but) is he got right back.
