Orion Market follow up

I wanted to update on my purchase of my new tray from Orion Market..It arrived on Fri and I am very happy to say that my printer is working good as new! The Tech at Orion was right on with his diagnosis..Yeah!

In the future if I need any problems..They will be the second place I go to..Not Rot will always be the first..

and so far, I'm as thrilled with this guy as everyone else. He answered all my pre-purchase questions and I'm pretty stoked. Got a great deal & exactly what I wanted - will surely keep the board updated. =)

I bought another HP 2420, to replace the one I first bought in '05 (and that one IS still working, but I just don't feel THAT lucky!).

Follow up - new printer here & printing!

It arrived very well packed, is precisely what I ordered, looks to be in great shape. I plugged it in, fed it some paper and toner and it's a happy little camper. There are no noises that should not be heard, the interior was quite clean also. I absolutely love this particular model - simple workhorse of a machine, and I'm thrilled to have a 'new' (refurbished) one.

I do feel like I dodged a bullet - the old one had started creaking and curling paper badly - I suspect it's been running hot, which was curling the paper. The curled edge of the paper then had trouble sometimes making a clean escape (jams). I knew it wasn't the paper ... and I was right.
