Orlando notaries beware: Nations Direct SS is trying

to book a closing for next Thursday, 09/20/12.

They called me about an hour ago. After confirming that the caller worked for the SS instead of the TC, I told her I was "not available." She said "OK" and hung up.

I don't know of anyone in Orlando who accepts their closings, but I don't know ALL the notaries in this area. Good thing they are calling a week in advance. It may take them that long to find someone.

They are the king of 'low ballers'...offer $60 baseline for refis! Can't believe anyone accepts this!

We didn't even talk money. I will not work for them due to their reputation, even if they had agreed to my standard fee.
